Kym Spencer was a female patient at Hope-Zion Hospital and the wife of Aaron Spencer .
Biography[]
Kym married Aaron at some point and the two belonged to a religion that forbidden surgery and medicine. Kym fell off a bike and broke her fibula and tibia. Dr. Joel Goran and Dr. Maggie Lin examined her, finding that she also had a ruptured spleen. Dr. Goran temporarily reset her leg without using any pain medication after Kym refused it, causing Kym to scream out in pain. Still refusing medicine and surgery, Kym deteriorated and fell into hypovolemic shock. Aaron agreed to the surgery to save Kym's life.
